RETURN POLICY
Please follow these instructions very carefully.
Universal Performance, will accept exchanges on products with tags still intact and or on defective items within the 60 day warranty period, which starts when the customer receives his or her merchandise. Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping. Please provide a payment method on the form below.
Universal Performance, will charge a 20% restocking fee for all unworn items with tags intact. In order to receive a refund, products must also be accompanied with proof of purchase (receipt or order number). Opened packages, worn items or items not accompanied with a proof of purchase will receive no credit. Universal Performance will not be responsible for shipping charges on returns and/or exchanges.
To Return or Exchange an item please fill out the form here. Upon completing the return/exchange form you will receive an email confirmation from a Universal Performance Customer Service team member. If we are responsible for the shipping, you will receive a prepaid label via email. Please include a copy of this form with your return or exchange.
